RF Capital constructs its concentrated investment portfolio by adhering to value investment principles and conducting in-depth, fundamental research.

Roger Fan is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of RF Capital. Prior to launching the firm, Roger earned his J.D. from the Texas Tech University School of Law. He also graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.S. in Psychology, Biology Emphasis.
